The Global Online Poker Championship (GOPC) is set to take place on CoinPoker from August 23 through September 28, bringing together online poker players for a tournament festival with a $50 million guaranteed prize pool.

Designed as an international online tournament series, the championship has been structured to accommodate players across multiple regions by offering dedicated tournament schedules based on different time zones. The format allows participants to compete at times that are convenient for their local region.

To support a global player base, the festival includes three tournament schedules tailored for Europe, Latin America, and Asia.

This regional approach is intended to provide greater accessibility for players participating from different parts of the world.

The championship also features three buy-in tiers, giving players multiple entry options based on their bankroll.

This structure offers flexibility across the tournament schedule while allowing participants to choose events that align with their preferred buy-in level.

In addition to competing for tournament prizes, players will represent GOPC Teams throughout the series. The championship format introduces a medal race, with participants aiming to earn Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals, adding another competitive element alongside the prize pool.

The Global Online Poker Championship officially begins on August 23, with players worldwide competing for medals and a share of the $50,000,000 guaranteed prize pool before the festival concludes on September 28.

The 2026 Global Online Poker Championship combines a $50 million guaranteed prize pool, regional tournament schedules, flexible buy-in tiers, and a team-based medal competition into a single online festival.

Running from August 23 to September 28, the series has been structured to serve players across Europe, Latin America, and Asia through dedicated playing schedules.
