The countdown has officially begun for Phase 1 of the Stake Poker WKC Main Event. Scheduled to commence in 18 hours on July 9, this tournament features a guaranteed prize pool of 100,000.

Prospective participants can enter the action for a buy-in of 20, with ticket entries also currently available for players looking to secure their seats. As of now, 1 player has registered for the event.

The WKC Main Event utilizes an 8-handed table format, adjusting to a 9-handed setup once players reach the final table.

Organizers have set strict field limits, requiring a minimum of 7 players to proceed, while capping the total capacity at a maximum of 10,000 players.
Players start the tournament with a starting stack of 20,000 chips. The blind levels are structured to move quickly, with each level lasting for a duration of 6 minutes. To give players a scheduled rest, a tournament break will take place every hour at the 55 minute mark.

For those who do not join immediately at the start, late registration remains open for 1 hour and 30 minutes.

The tournament also offers flexibility through its re-entry policy, allowing a maximum of 9 re-entries per player. Each subsequent re-entry requires a standard buy-in fee of 20.

A defining feature of this tournament is the inclusion of the Best Stack Forward Policy. Under these rules, players who qualify multiple times will see only their highest qualifying chip stack advance to the Final Phase of the event.

With a substantial 100,000 guaranteed prize pool and a low 20 entry fee, the Stake Poker WKC Main Event offers a structured competitive landscape for poker enthusiasts. Registration remains active as the clock ticks down to the official start time.
