The highlighted schedule officially opens on August 30 with the ¥800 WSOP Asia Championship. Carrying a ¥25 million guaranteed prize pool, this event represents the first highlighted tournament on the provided schedule.

Action continues immediately on August 31 with the $1,500 Millionaire Maker. Featuring a $5 million guaranteed prize pool, the tournament specification also designates a clearly defined $1 million top prize for the winner alongside its overall guarantee.
