Arthur Thiriart has converted his 2026 World Series of Poker campaign into a career-best result, winning Event #6: $1,500 Monster Stack No-Limit Hold'em on GGPoker for $256,542 and his first WSOP bracelet.

Playing under the screen name "Higher Self," Thiriart topped a field of 1,482 entries to secure the title. The event generated a $2,111,850 prize pool, with 210 players reaching the money.

The victory also represents a substantial improvement on Thiriart's previous biggest tournament cash of $51,713.

Before his GGPoker victory, Thiriart's largest recorded tournament score was $51,713. He earned that result at the 2026 WSOP in Las Vegas by finishing 14th in the $10,000 No-Limit Hold'em 6-Handed Championship.

His Event #6 victory established a new career-best tournament score of $256,542 while also delivering his first WSOP bracelet.

The result came during a 2026 WSOP campaign that had already included a deep finish in one of the series' high buy-in championship events. Thiriart then went on to win Event #6 of WSOP Online 2026.

Event #6 carried a $1,500 buy-in and attracted 1,482 entries. The field created a $2,111,850 prize pool, with 210 players securing a payout. Thiriart claimed the largest portion of that prize pool, receiving $256,542 for first place.

Alongside the prize money and his first bracelet, the victory also awarded Thiriart a $30,000 Super Pass to the 2026 WSOP Paradise Super Main Event. "higher Self" finished at the top of the standings following a nine-player final table.
